Limited Warranty Coverage

Maine Made Relief ("Company") warrants to the original purchaser that its CBD products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under regular use for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.

What This Warranty Covers

This limited warranty covers defects in manufacturing, packaging, and product quality of CBD products purchased directly from Maine Made Relief or our authorized retailers. If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will, at our option:

  1. Replace the product with an identical item
  2. Replace the product with a comparable item
  3. Refund the purchase price

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or improper storage
  • Products that have been altered or modified in any way
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
  • Allergic reactions or personal sensitivities to CBD products
  • Dissatisfaction with results or efficacy

How to Obtain Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, the customer must:

  • Contact our customer service within the warranty period
  • Provide proof of purchase showing the date and place of purchase
  • Describe the defect
  • Return the product if requested (at the Company's expense)

THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE SOLE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY MAINE MADE RELIEF, AND THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

MAINE MADE RELIEF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF ITS PRODUCTS.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
